January 16th -23rd
& 23rd - 30th, 2027

Lake Atitlan & Antigua, Guatemala

Hosted by Melanie & Polly of Tosa Yoga

January 16th-23rd

January 23rd-30th, 2027 (SOLD OUT)

Our shared love for yoga brought us together within the familiar walls of Tosa Yoga, but this journey invites us to take that connection into the heart of the world. We begin our pilgrimage in the colonial beauty of Antigua, where Guatemala’s rich history meets our collective intention, before traveling to the sacred shores of Lake Atitlán. Here, we transition from the rhythms of our daily lives into an immersive experience of "Woven Together." This retreat is more than a getaway; it is a dedicated space to honor our existing bonds while opening ourselves to the transformative energy of an intentional community in one of the most soulful places on Earth.

Our days will be anchored by twice-daily yoga practices and fueled by vibrant, fresh meals shared around a common table. Together, we will step beyond our comfort zones and into the wisdom of Maya traditions—from the heat of the Temazcal and the transformative glow of a traditional fire ceremony to the hands-on joy of a local cooking class and hikes through the lush Highland terrain. By experiencing these new experiences side-by-side, we deepen our understanding of ourselves and each other. We invite you to join your Tosa Yoga family as we move, breathe, and explore what happens when our shared passion for practice meets the ancient heartbeat of the Earth.
