Throughout the week, you’ll be guided toward balance and self-discovery through daily yoga and meditation practices, exploration of local lakeside villages, and immersion in the vibrant Mayan culture and ceremonies. All of this is carefully woven together with the intention of helping you reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
