Within 48 hours of your application, you will receive an email containing deposit instructions and the full terms and conditions for your selected journey.

• All dates are approximate and may shift based on flight availability. 

• SoulFlow Journeys reserves the right to accept or deny retreat bookings at its discretion.

• Flights and any transportation outside of group travel are not included within your retreat package.

• Travel insurance is highly encouraged for guests to participate in any retreat - an agent will be provided.

• Attendees are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel documentation (passport, visa, etc.)

• Full retreat payment due dates range but are typically 3-6 months prior to the retreat start date.

• All prices are in US dollar. 

• All guests must submit a liability waiver prior to travel.

• ​Your $500 deposit is nonrefundable and secures your booking. 

• Cancellation Policy: 

  • 6 or more months prior, your fees will be refunded, excluding your deposit 

  • 5-3 months prior, 50% of your fees will be refunded, excluding your deposit 

  • Less than 3 months prior, 0% of your fees will be refunded
