Embark on a transformative journey in the sacred land of Cusco, Peru. Guided by Vanessa and Olivia Flood, this trip immerses you with the Peruvian people, the land, and the revered plant medicines of Peru’s Sacred Valley. You will be guided to explore your inner rhythms as you traverse through ancient archeological sites, shaman-led ceremonies, and hikes through the stunning landscapes around Cusco. The Pulse of Pachamama is intentionally curated to take you on a journey through the chakras and their reflected areas within the sacred valley.
The retreat features daily sadhana with Tibetan self-healing yoga (Nejang) with Vanessa and energetic healing + tea ceremonies with Olivia. In addition, an opportunity to experience a traditional Huachuma plant medicine ceremony led by a Q’ero shaman. Our time together culminates with the IntiRaymi Festival, the Incan “Festival of the Sun”, to honor the sun god over the Winter Solstice. Together, we will walk the ancient lands and connect to the pulse of Pachamama.
Our base is Pachananda, a retreat center just above Cusco committed to environmental responsibility, local sourcing, and positive community impact.
